You can pre-order a Soffia watch today, subject to availability.

2. Why should I pre-order?

Pre-ordering secures your spot to own one of only 150 Soffia watches and includes a 5% discount.

3. What happens after I place a pre-order?

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. We will begin crafting your timepiece March 1st, 2025 . You’ll receive email updates throughout the 55-day production process.

4. When is the website going to be open for sale?

The website is open for sale until we reach 150 units sold. After we sold the 150 units, sales will close, and we will begin production on March 1st.

5. When will I receive my watch?

Your watch will be crafted over 55 days after March 1st. Once completed, we will ship it within 7 days, and you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

6. Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Soffia offers worldwide shipping at no additional cost.

7. Are Soffia watches water-resistant?

Yes, all Soffia watches feature 10 ATM water resistance, making them suitable for swimming (up to 100 meters deep) and daily wear.

8. Do Soffia watches come with a warranty?

Yes, every Soffia watch is backed by a lifetime warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality and durability.

9. Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes, you can cancel your pre-order within 2 days prior to the beginning of production for a full refund. Contact our team to assist you with the process.
