How should I clean my watch?
To maintain your watch’s shine and prevent corrosion, gently wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth after each use. This removes moisture, sweat, and dust that may build up over time.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! Our watches are covered by a 24 months warranty from the date of shipment. This warranty does not extend to any damage caused by improper use, negligence, accidents, lack of care, or failure to follow the care instructions.
Can I use cleaning products on my Soffia Timepiece?
We strongly recommend avoiding any chemicals such as perfumes, detergents, or solvents. These may damage the surface finish or internal components of your watch.
How do I care for the stainless steel bracelet?
Use a soft brush, like a clean, dry toothbrush to remove dust or buildup between the links. For deeper cleaning, you may use a damp cloth with warm water. Be sure to dry the bracelet completely after cleaning.
How do I adjust the size of my watch?
The Soffia Aquamarino comes with a solid link strap, easy resizing instructions are provided in the manual.
Does the watch come with a screwdriver to adjust the bracelet links?
Unfortunately no, a screwdriver is not included. However, adjusting the bracelet is simple. You can use any small precision screwdriver set (easily found online or at hardware stores) and follow the instructions provided in the manual.
Alternatively, you can take your watch to any local jeweller for a quick and easy adjustment they typically offer this service on the spot.

OUR STORY
Soffia is more than a name, it’s a tribute to the men who shaped my life.
My family’s story begins in Sicily, where my great grandparents left behind everything they knew to start over in Chile. Like many immigrants, they carried hope, courage, and a desire to build something better. Years later, my father left Chile and settled in Brazil, where I was born.
I grew up in Rio de Janeiro with my father Francisco. We lived with very little, just the two of us. My mother was never part of the picture as she left when I was little, and life was often hard. But in all that simplicity, one thing stood out: the watch my father wore. I used to wonder how he kept it so perfect. Where did it come from? Who gave it to him? How did it never break, It became one of the most vivid memories I have of him.
When he passed away, my life could have taken a very different path. But my uncle who lived in Chile and had the means to provide what we never had stepped in. He adopted me, gave me a home, an education, and most importantly, a future. Without him, I wouldn’t be here. He didn’t have to take me in but he did. That act of love changed everything.
Soffia Timepieces is my way of honoring both of them. My father, who gave me my earliest sense of beauty and presence. And my uncle, who gave me a second chance.
This isn’t just about watches. It’s about time how it heals, how it teaches, and how the moments we live can become something greater when we choose to carry them forward with purpose.
